Shipping time may vary depending on immediate availability or by order, with an approximate 10 business days for delivery to Correos de Costa Rica.

For deliveries to an exact address, the delivery time is 2-3 days once placed with Correos de Costa Rica, with a maximum of 30 days to be picked up at the branch of the same company.

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by natural inconveniences or handling by Correos de Costa Rica's courier service.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

According to the Hygiene Regulations of the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica, no exchanges are made on swimwear, therefore our sales are final. In the event that the received product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact WhatsApp 8687 9368 to assess the problem. In case of return, the product will be discarded and replaced with a new one.

Pink Diamond reserves the right to issue refunds, as deemed appropriate. We limit ourselves to canceling an order and issuing the corresponding refund only in the event of an inventory shortage, in which case we will contact the customer via email.
